The Library Wine Boutique & Cuisine and Only You Sevilla Hotel are two projects by Lázaro Rosa Violán Studio that express craftsmanship, culture and design through distinctive concepts.

The Library Wine Boutique & Cuisine was created under the premise of paying homage to wine and transforming a shop into a setting for discovery, storytelling and pleasure. It is a place where design accompanies and envelops, allowing wine and food to meet and celebrate each other. Authenticity and timelessness define the space, inspired by historic Madrid shops, with aged wood, stone, iron details and craftsmanship that speak of history. The dramatic entrance, monumental shelving and warm lighting introduce a magnificent library ambience. As the project evolved, it became a space where wine is experienced through an open kitchen, private dining rooms, tasting areas and a Cheese and Charcuterie Corner. Every element, from the woodwork and marble floors to fabrics and handcrafted details, creates an atmosphere both intimate and majestic.

Only You Sevilla Hotel takes inspiration from Seville’s heritage, shaped by diverse cultures that have created distinctive traditions. Its design is infused with flamenco, colour and craftsmanship. Materials draw from wickerwork, ceramics and the artistry of traditional costumes. Terracotta, marble, wood and wool harmonise in a palette of warmth and freshness.

The lobby, restaurant, Andalusian patio, breakfast room and guest rooms reflect Seville’s festive and welcoming spirit. Bright spaces filled with natural light and local craftsmanship combine history and tradition from a contemporary perspective, creating an inviting and enduring atmosphere that embodies the character of the city.
