UOL Group Limited is one of Singapore’s leading public-listed property companies with a diversified portfolio of development and investment properties, hotels and serviced suites across Asia, Oceania, Europe and North America. Through its listed subsidiary, Singapore Land Group Limited, it owns prime commercial, retail and hotel assets in Singapore and the United Kingdom. Among its significant developments are two standout projects: Odeon in the heart of downtown Singapore and Meyer Blue, a freehold residential landmark along Meyer Road.

Odeon is an expansion and refurbishment of the existing 23-storey Odeon Towers in downtown Singapore, transforming it into a lifestyle quarter with lively retail and commercial spaces. The formerly hemmed-in L-shaped plot was expanded through the acquisition of a neighbouring nine-storey building, creating a desirable full frontage along North Bridge Road with an unparalleled view of Raffles Hotel. The seven-storey redevelopment, Odeon 333, features a modern facade with abstract glass volumes, sky gardens and breakout areas. Its two basement levels connect to the existing tower, now renamed Odeon 331. A newly created Publicly-Owned Private Space (POPS) at Level 1 is a 24/7 city room with crimson terrazzo flooring and interactive street furniture. Naturally ventilated corridors with lush landscaping reduce energy use and enhance the workplace environment.
