2025 - 2026

Developed and managed by New World Development Company Limited (NWD), 83 King Lam Street is the first twin-tower Grade A office building in Cheung Sha Wan, offering approximately 1 million sq. ft. of gross floor area. As the district’s largest new commercial development, it is designed to revitalise the area through sustainable and people-focused planning.

Aligned with NWD’s Sustainability Vision 2030+, the project is a showcase of shaping future-fit places for our stakeholders. It has achieved BEAM Plus Gold and Well Core & Shell Platinum certifications, setting a new standard for healthy and efficient workspaces. The building follows a four-stage lifecycle development management approach: design & build, sustainable financing, operate, and engage.

83 King Lam Street connects tenants with natural surroundings through street-level views, podium greenery, and a transparent podium design. A visual canyon links luxury greenary to the central plaza. Pixelated feature steps create a cascading landscape that unites the twin towers with the mountainside.

Office layouts are flexible, with full-floor and subdivided options, featuring raised flooring, integrated ceiling lighting, and air-conditioning. The two-storey New World Townhall includes around 300 seats, retractable seating, AV systems, coworking space, and meeting rooms.

Rooftop farming, wellness areas, and outdoor spaces promote health and ecological awareness. The building’s orientation enhances natural ventilation and reduces energy demand.
