Landco Pacific continues to shape thoughtful coastal developments in the Philippines through projects that combine sustainability, lifestyle, and long-term value. At the centre of this vision is The Nautilus by Landco Pacific, alongside the wider CaSoBe in Calatagan, an integrated coastal community designed for long-term environmental, social, and economic sustainability and resilient future growth.

The Nautilus at CaSoBe is a 10-storey beachfront condotel designed to respond to its seaside context. The project has earned the Philippines’ first EDGE Advanced preliminary certification, prioritising energy efficiency, reduced resource consumption, and lower environmental impact. Its architecture maximises natural daylight and cross-ventilation, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and cooling, while durable, climate-appropriate materials ensure resilience against salt air, humidity, and coastal conditions. The project also benefits from CaSoBe’s shared infrastructure and amenities, including pedestrian-friendly spaces, hospitality-led facilities, and curated commercial zones.

Alongside these environmental features, The Nautilus introduces a more experiential approach to resort living. Inspired by Captain Nemo’s voyage of maritime discovery, The Nautilus embodies a spirit of adventure married with a promise of a haven to live life at your own pace. Architecturally inspired by the form and spatial logic of a luxury cruise ship, the building incorporates integrated sustainable systems, including on-site solar power generation, occupancy-sensor lighting, rainwater harvesting, and recycled non-potable water systems. Pocket gardens on every level, scenic glass elevators, expansive terraces, and roof deck amenities reinforce its identity as a sustainable beacon of the coast.
