In 2016, KKCG Real Estate Group launched a two-round international architectural workshop to create the masterplan for Top ’Rezidence Pomezi. Twelve architectural studios from five countries, including the Czech Republic, Austria, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Denmark, were invited to propose a new model of residential living at the foot of Vidoule Hill. The winning concept, Living in Greenery, came from Bogle Architects (UK/CZ) and was developed in collaboration with Baumschlager Eberle Architekten (AT), Pavel Hnilička Architects+Planners (CZ), and majo architekti (CZ). Together, the studios produced a comprehensive urban and architectural strategy balancing density, ecology, and aesthetics while respecting the natural character of the landscape.
Villa Belaire represents the flagship of Top ’Rezidence Pomezi, selected by KKCG Real Estate Group as the showcase villa within the development. Fully furnished and styled with bespoke interior design, it highlights elegance, space, and refined atmosphere. Landscaping by Flera studio, led by Ferdinand Leffler, was realised in autumn 2024 and completed in spring 2025. The garden, following the terrain’s elevations, offers year-round colour, privacy, and views of Prague’s skyline.
