In response to the client’s request, Fantastic Design Works envisioned a luxurious and glamorous space inspired by the Jazz Age, where male hosts use their charm, eloquence, and singing ability to entertain women in a nightclub lounge offering alcohol service.
The interior pays homage to the Art Deco style that was popular in New York around 100 years ago, creating an opulent and dazzling environment. For this new two-floor development, a large atrium with a multi-layered spatial configuration has been incorporated, featuring bold use of LED screens. A futuristic touch has been added by integrating cutting-edge technology, resulting in an entertainment-rich atmosphere. This is the Art Deco Labyrinth. The design features black and gold tones throughout, with surfaces processed to appear aged over a century. Soft, milky-white acrylic lighting emits gentle illumination from within.
A classic 1920s-style sign marks the entrance and reception, followed by a first atrium with a large, classical hanging light. An approach staircase uses Art Deco mirror designs to dramatic effect. The ladies’ restroom is fully finished with mirrors on the ceiling and walls, creating a unique atmosphere. Customer seating ensures privacy while maintaining a sense of unity, using futuristic indirect lighting. From the atrium, LED screens enhance spatial unity. The stage and runway features marble inlay, showcasing dazzling performances.
