Inarc Design Hong Kong Limited is an international multi-award-winning practice in interiors and architecture. Two recent projects, the International Headquarters of CLP Holdings Limited and The Members Main Entrance – Canopy and Lobby for The Hong Kong Jockey Club, demonstrate the practice’s approach to complex large-scale environments in Hong Kong.

For the International Headquarters of CLP Holdings Limited, the chairman and the board of directors of CLP invited Inarc Design to undertake the commission to create a completely new building. This required Inarc to create an iconic, modern yet timeless design that would not only accommodate the present and future corporate needs of CLP, but would also capitalise on the building’s location, enhance the urban views to an adjacent public park, and maximise the penetration of natural daylight. The main entrance lobby includes three large inverted pyramid skylights, modern timber sculptural wall cladding representing a forest of bamboo and floating banyan tree roots, and a large entry portal overlaid in 100% recycled copper.
