Hannah Cowell Designs undertook the interior design for both the Great House and Solvei projects, delivering spaces that combine functionality, luxury,
and adaptability.

Solvei was commissioned as a flagship luxury residence with accessibility and multi-generational living in mind. A ground-floor ADA-compliant bedroom and bathroom, plus an elevator connecting all levels, ensure inclusivity.

Entertainment and activity spaces were designed for varying group sizes and weather, supported by advanced lighting and integrated audio-visual systems. The interior blends natural materials and textures, with custom sofas, floor-to-ceiling grey sheers, Nicaraguan stone and wood dining tables, and layered textiles throughout.

Bedrooms prioritise comfort, incorporating convertible sofas, custom bunk beds, and curated artwork. Bathrooms feature moisture-resistant laminated vanities, Carrera stone countertops, and natural stone mosaic floors.

Together, The Great House and Solvei showcase Hannah Cowell Designs’ ability to combine technical precision with refined luxury across complex environments and lifestyles. Both projects recently achieved Regional Winner status at the International Property Awards, further affirming the studio’s commitment to innovative, functional and award-winning interior design.
