Bintaro Jaya Xchange is a landscaped retail and lifestyle destination set within a 19-hectare superblock development in the Greater Jakarta Metropolitan Area.

Lead8 was appointed to deliver the masterplan and vision for Bintaro Jaya Xchange, as well as the architectural design for the scheme’s second-phase retail development and third-phase hotel. The nature-based design innovates the development programming and brings to life a broad mix of entertainment, leisure, dining, lifestyle and retail experiences.

Anchored by an expansive ‘Central Park’, the destination has become a recreational hub for the community, while also acting as a prominent transit-oriented development for the area.

UniPark is a retail-led development located in the heart of Jinan, uniquely within a primarily residential area. Lead8 provided retail planning, interior design and signage. The concept is inspired by the idea of a ‘Dreamscape’ – bringing imagination and new possibilities to the forefront. The development captivates its audience with its collection of spaces, going beyond retail to integrate an entertainment hub, lifestyle centre, cultural village and more. The design aims to bring the concept to life across the whole development, from the main entrance to the washrooms, lift lobbies and signage.

Through Lead8’s design, MixC Changchun celebrates the city, its environment and its community. The vision for the scheme was to lead the city’s luxury commercial upgrading and strengthen the concept of a ‘shared city’ by contributing to the urban public realm as an inclusive space.

The development has become a hive of activity since its opening in 2023, which attracted over 60,000 people on its first day.
