2025 - 2026

Developed and managed by New World Development Company Limited (NWD), 83 King Lam Street is the first twin-tower Grade A office building in Cheung Sha Wan, offering approximately 1 million sq. ft. of gross floor area. As the district’s largest new commercial development, it is designed to revitalise the area through sustainable and people-focused planning.

Aligned with NWD’s Sustainability Vision 2030+, the project is a showcase of shaping future-fit places for our stakeholders. It has achieved BEAM Plus Gold and Well Core & Shell Platinum certifications, setting a new standard for healthy and efficient workspaces. The building follows a four-stage lifecycle development management approach: design & build, sustainable financing, operate, and engage.

83 Wing Hong Street Commercial Development elevates luxury through innovative design and premium bespoke amenities. This grade A office tower merges functionality with opulence, positioning itself as a beacon of modern commercial excellence.

The 28-story tower features floor-to-floor height of 4.17m, creating an expansive, airy environment that contrasts sharply with the cramped quarters typical of older office buildings. The lobby exemplifies this grandeur, with a 5-meter-high height and a full glass façade that floods the space with natural light while offering panoramic views of the vicinity and reducing electricity consumption generated from lighting. The building’s design also emphasizes exclusivity. Extensive use of gold and bronze materials and unique “gold ribbon” architectural features elevate luxurious image of the development.

The building has two private office lobbies separating high and low zone, each equipped with four high-speed elevators, ensuring seamless access and privacy. Office units range from 545 sq ft to entire floors of 1,626 sq.ft, providing flexibility for businesses to customize layouts – a rarity in Hong Kong’s rigid commercial market. Luxury at 83 Wing Hong Street extends beyond aesthetics to prioritize tenant well-being. The development includes a 2/F communal podium garden, a serene oasis amid the urban bustle, designed for relaxation and informal meetings suitable for all types of weather.  The 1/F landscape deck with stepped seating also creates an amphitheatre setting perfect for hosting events or informal gatherings.

Additional wellness-focused amenities include a staff nursery room and executive lavatories, catering to the needs of working parents and senior professionals. These features not only enhance daily comfort but also signal a shift toward human-centric workplace design.
