Reza Kabul Architects has delivered two landmark projects, One Marina in Mumbai and Nakshatra Regalia II in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. Each reflects a strong architectural response rooted in clarity, performance, and modern expectations.
One Marina is a 74-storey architectural marvel rising amidst the iconic Mumbai skyline. Positioned in one of the city’s most prestigious locales, the tower offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. At 120 feet above sea level, the first habitable floor ensures privacy from the outset. Each residence is designed to reflect refined luxury and comfort, with apartment configurations ranging from 2, 3, 3.5, 4, to 5 bedrooms. All units come with warm shell interiors and branded fittings.
Amenities include an infinity pool, fitness centre, and recreational spaces on the Ground and E-deck levels. The Sky Lounge and Sky Gym on the 61st floor provide residents with a private retreat that maximises the site’s views.
